By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay. If you require any further information, please contact us before booking.

Bookings

The person in whose name the booking is made is responsible for the booking and for all members of their group during the stay.

The maximum number of guests staying in a glamping pod must not exceed four. Our pods sleep either three adults or two adults and two children.

Guests may check in between 4.00pm and 9.00pm unless otherwise agreed in advance. Check-out is by 10.30am on the day of departure.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask guests to leave if misleading or inaccurate information has been provided at the time of booking, including in relation to the number of guests, the nature of the booking, pets, or any other material information. In such circumstances, no refund will be due.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings include free cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. Where a booking is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Where a guest needs to cancel within 14 days of arrival, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an alternative date or a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Any such offer is not guaranteed and does not affect the cancellation terms above.

If Nanny Goose’s Glamping has to cancel a booking for any reason, guests will be offered either an alternative date, where available, or a full refund of any amount paid to us.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 4.00pm. We can offer a contactless check-in and check-out if preferred.

We live next door and are available by phone or in person should you need assistance during your stay.

Guests must vacate their pod by 10.30am on the day of departure. Late check-out may result in an additional charge unless agreed with us in advance.

Guest Behaviour and Site Rules

Nanny Goose’s Glamping is a peaceful rural site. We ask all guests to be respectful of other guests, our neighbours, our animals, and the surrounding environment.

Anti-social, disruptive, abusive, threatening, unsafe or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the site immediately and without refund if their behaviour causes disturbance, damage, risk to safety, or serious concern to us, other guests, or neighbours.

We do not cater for hen or stag parties. If a booking is found to be a hen or stag party, or presents as such on arrival, you will be refused admission and will be asked to leave without refund.

All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times while onsite.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours apply from 10.00pm to 8.00am.

During quiet hours, guests must keep noise to a minimum. This includes, raised voices, group gatherings, and noise from outdoor areas. Guests may be asked to return to their pod or reduce noise where necessary. Use of public/ communal areas not not permitted during quiet hours.

Repeated or serious breaches of this policy may result in guests being asked to leave the site without refund.

This policy helps us maintain the calm, friendly atmosphere that makes Nanny Goose’s special, and ensures the enjoyment of all guests and respect for our neighbours.

Pets

We do not allow pets on site.

If guests arrive with pets, they will be denied access to the site and no refund will be due.

Registered assistance dogs may be permitted where required by law, but guests must contact us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.

Cooking and Fire Safety

For safety and insurance reasons, guests must not bring or use their own cooking equipment on site. This includes, but is not limited to, BBQs, disposable BBQs, gas stoves, camping stoves, air fryers, hot plates, deep-fat fryers, or other high-heat cooking appliances.

Open flames, candles, fire pits, and any unauthorised heating or cooking equipment are not permitted.

Guests must only use cooking or heating facilities provided or expressly approved by Nanny Goose’s Glamping.

Damage, Breakages and Cleaning

Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or costs caused by them or members of their group during their stay.

We do not normally take a security deposit on arrival, but we reserve the right to charge guests for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or other costs reasonably incurred as a result of their stay.

Please let us know as soon as possible if anything is damaged or broken so that we can resolve it quickly.
